Dear Pelham Community,
We are thrilled to announce that Pelham Memorial High School will serve as a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination site for students, staff and families of Pelham, Eastchester, Tuckahoe and Bronxville this coming Wednesday, May 12. Appointments to receive the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be available from 11am to 6pm by appointment only for anyone ages 16 and up.
Please note that the Pfizer vaccine requires two doses given 3-weeks apart. Appointments for the second vaccine dose will be scheduled for Wednesday, June 2. Importantly, this timeline would ensure that students who participate will be considered fully vaccinated by prom and graduation.
Those being vaccinated must bring the completed consent form to the vaccination site. Please note that this form MUST be signed by a parent/guardian for students ages 16 and 17. Registrants are also encouraged to read the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 Vaccine Fact Sheet
On vaccination day:
Parking will be available on Corlies Avenue. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early
At your appointment time, please come to the Pelham Memorial High School Main Entrance at 575 Colonial Avenue.
While on campus, everyone is required to wear a mask/face covering at all times and maintain physical distancing from others.
Registrants should have a photo ID or proof that you are over the age of 16.
Bring your completed consent form to the vaccination site (signed by parent/guardian if you are 16 or 17 years old).
After receiving the vaccine, individuals will wait for 15 minutes while under medical supervision before being released.
We are extremely grateful to the Westchester County Department of Health for providing this incredible opportunity to our community. We hope that as many people as possible take advantage of this vaccination program so that we can end this pandemic and return to a more normal way of life.
