Asbestos & Pesticides Information

2026 Asbestos Notification

TO: Parents, Teachers, Staff and School Organizations:

This letter is addressed to parents, teachers, employees, and organizations in our school district as required by the Federal Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). This act requires all schools to inform their employees and building occupants about certain asbestos related activities and records.
The EPA requires the District to perform a visual inspection of any existing asbestos every six months, as well as an in depth detailed triennial inspection. The triennial inspection was performed in January 2023.

During the past six-month period there was no asbestos work performed.
