Overview

Pelham voters approved approximately $57 million dollars in capital projects in a bond referendum in May 2018. The projects included construction of a new Hutchinson School, an addition to Prospect Hill school to provide ADA accessibility and a double-door security vestibule, as well as bathroom upgrades, renovation of District offices to provide additional classroom space and a dedicated orchestra rehearsal space for the MS/HS, roof and parapet replacement of the PMHS annex roof, and athletic field/facilities upgrades and renovations.

Shortly after the bond referendum, the District put out Requests for Proposals for architectural and construction management services and after reviewing submissions, the Board selected KG&D Architects and Triton Construction Management respectively.

Below, please find information and updates regarding the implementation of these projects.
